Top 100 Golf Course since 2016

Complemented by towering pines, majestic views of the Ottawa River and the Gatineau Hills, Camelot truly is a great test of golf and a wonderful place to call home. Camelot has earned a reputation as one of Canada’s top courses. Most recently Camelot was ranked 90th in SCOREGolf's Top 100 Courses in Canada listing, a list we have made each year since 2016. Similarly Camelot was voted Top Golf Course in Ottawa in 2020 through a reader's poll by FACES Magazine. The accolades have been part of our story right from the beginning however, as we were awarded 2nd best new golf course in Canada and rated 5th in North America by Golf Digest in 1992. 

Camelot Golf & Country Club is consistently one of the best conditioned courses in the region with bent grass greens, fairways and tees surrounded by immaculately kept bluegrass and even longer fescue and native grasses. Camelot's golf course was designed by the renowned Canadian golf course architect, Thomas McBroom. With a course rating of 74.2 and slope of 139 from the back tees, the course has exceptional shot value, playability, design balance, memorability and aesthetics. “Camelot is really a combination of two characteristics. It’s links-style up in the meadowland where the holes are defined by the fescue roughs. The rest is situated in woodsy parkland. It’s a great contrast.” states McBroom.
